
Managed the social media presence for BGSW (Instagram, X and Facebook), with a focus on increasing engagement organically, sharing company updates, and building a community of tech enthusiasts.
Our scope included end-to-end content management from planning and creation to production and publishing. We developed a quarterly social media calendar, created topical and timely content, and executed a goal-focused content strategy aligned with the brand’s objectives.
We also strengthened BGSW’s employer branding initiatives through key internal initiatives including People First, Talent Hub, People Policy, Fresher Onboarding, and Enrico Partner Day, and employee-led content such as podcasts and spotlights. In addition, we supported the brand’s CSR communication and content strategy across key moments throughout the year, including launches and celebrations.
